At Mygameplanskin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, incorrect, or otherwise subject to an error on our part. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Mygameplanskin.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Mygameplanskin will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
